Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS

KLS does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased from the Site is defective.  Each product has different policies or requirements associated with them. 
If you receive defective products:

  • Contact our Customer Support at 021 5829050 or e-mail cs_ecommerce@kawanlama.com and provide details of order, product and its defect.  Claim shall be made within 2 days after the date of receipt.

Any return shall be made within 7 days from the date of return confirmation.  If the product is not returned within the above mentioned time period, KLS may consider you cancel the request for returning the product purchased.
Upon receipt of the returned product, KLS will fully examine the product and will notify you within a reasonable period of time for the replacement.  The product replacement will deliver to your address without additional shipping and handling charges.

REFUNDS

If you receive defective product and the replacement is not available, KLS will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
