Equipment or machinery is a true friend for workers andmechanics in the environment. But what happens when thetool is jammed or broken pledge? Of course veryinconvenient, especially things that happen outside of the estimated shelf life. Therefore, it would not hurt if the toolsand machines used according to proper operatinginstructions. Maintenance and Using a Compressor
Check the oil, ensure a minimum level on a half and no more than 3/4 in glass oil
- Close all faucets
- Check the belt, and make sure it is not too loose and tight
- Make sure the power is available at least 2 times the power indicated on the motor
- Confirm the oil and fuel are available
- Start/on the switch (recoil for engine and using the settings for start, after it is on stable, return to the starting position).
- Confirm the motor off if the pressure gauge indicatinf 8 bar and re-on at 5 bar (for compressors with a capacity of 12 bar will off if the pressure gauge indicating 12 bar and re-on at 9 bar)
- For the engine compressor, turn off it manually with engine the switch-off
- After using, throw out all remaining air in the tank through the drain valve
Maintenance of compressor duration
- Use a compressor following its application
- Pay attention the discharge on filling the tank, rate of flow must be greater than its use
- The motor as much as possible has period sufficient to on and off, minimum on 5-10 minutes
- Put the compressor in a place with good air circulation
- Protect the compressor from rain/water or direct sunlight (put it in the sheltered place).
- Draining the tank once a week with the wind (preferably every day)
Using and Maintenance of Forklift :

- When charging the battery, open the lid so that the batteries last longer and does not heat
- Charge the battery fully (6-12 Hours), before it is reusable
- Using voltage which is stable to charge batteries
- When the operation, pay attention on the height of the load curve to avoid overload
- Check the chain and gear at the fork and the stage every day, use silicone grease to lubicrate it
- Check every once a week its hydraulic and hose, make sure there are no leaks
- Clean from dirt / the remains of lubrication on the hydraulic system, acceleration systems, controls, electrical, and suspension as well as a wheel.
- Replace the hydraulic oil when the use of 500 hours / 3 months once with the assumption of full usage of 8 hours a day
- We recommend that you put the forklift in a protected place (it is not exposed to rain and direct sunlight)
