Tips for Maintenance and Operation of Compressor 3 Phase

In the use of machine, especially in the compressor is still frequently encountered errors in connecting the power cable. These unimportant and trivial things that would cause fatal damage on the piston set/bare pump. Do you know why the piston can be damaged? One thing to keep in mind that the cable connection errors can lead to spin upside down so that lubrication oil is not perfect.

Maintenance:

1. Checks its oil
2. Close all faucets
3. Checks its belt
4. Throw away its wind every morning
5. Electricity power should be two times the power indicated on the motor, because at the time of starting the motor required to power two times the motor's power
6. Make sure the motor off if the pressure gauge pointed to 8 bar and went back on at 5 bar (for compressors with a capacity of 12 bar will be off if the pressure gauge pointed to 12 bar and return to live at the time of 9 bar)

Operation:

To operate the compressor is required three cables (wire to the motor 3 Phase) which is connected as shown in the upper panel.

Look out the direction of the arrow shown on the cover (eg, directions to the left). If after power is applied and it spins to the right, then the thing to do is swap one power cable with another cable, then the direction of rotation is changed to the left.
